Acceptance of Terms
By using PremiumGuardHQ, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of Service
PremiumGuardHQ is a web application that tracks options trading activity (specifically wheel strategy cycles), provides analytics, and calculates withdrawal recommendations based on user-defined parameters.
Not Investment Advice
PremiumGuardHQ is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. Withdrawal recommendations are mathematical calculations based on your data and preferences — they are not recommendations to make specific financial decisions. You are solely responsible for your trading and withdrawal decisions. Options trading involves significant risk including the potential loss of principal.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One person per account.
Schwab Integration
PremiumGuardHQ connects to Charles Schwab via their official API. We access transaction history and account data with your authorization. We do not execute trades or move funds on your behalf. You can disconnect your Schwab account at any time.
Free Trial
New accounts receive 35 days of Pro-level access at no cost. No credit card is required for the trial. After the trial ends, your account reverts to the Free tier unless you subscribe.
Subscriptions & Payments
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
Data Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, PremiumGuardHQ relies on data imported from your brokerage. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of cycle detection, P&L calculations, or withdrawal recommendations. You should verify all data against your brokerage statements.
Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time. Account deletion permanently removes all your data including trades, cycles, analytics, and Schwab connection. This cannot be undone.
Limitation of Liability
PremiumGuardHQ is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. In no event shall PremiumGuardHQ be liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, incorrect calculations, or any other damages arising from use of the service.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
